Introduction	I'm told I'm a thoughtful guy, friendly, caring & sensitive. I like to give, sometimes to a fault. So I'm learning to keep my life balanced with my spirituality, mental & physical fitness, time spent with family & friends, and time alone. I'm a loyal friend and desire the same from my friends.
Interests	Time with those I care about, most activities requiring physical fitness/prowess (now that it's winter...WINTER SPORTS!), making my patients laugh, Bible studies and prayer....

well yes...yes i do believe that forks come from spoons
