| Introduction | Bill has been the CEO of Gospel Center Rescue Mission, Inc. in Stockton since April, 1991. Previously he was the director of two other rescue missions in Indianapolis, IN and Raleigh, NC. He has a total of 41 years experience working with the homeless and addicted. He is from Indianapolis where he graduated from Indiana Baptist College, now Heritage Baptist University with majors in Bible and Missions. Bill and his wife Julie Damron-Brown, DMV live in Lodi, CA with their three dogs: Grey, Emma and Lady Bug and their horses: Cash and Dante. Bill is a member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Lodi, Rotary Club of Stockton, Delta Fly Fishers and is active on several local boards. |
