About me

Introduction	I have been a resident of the Potsdam Central School District since moving to the North Country in 1983 and am a parent of three very different children who made the most of their school days in Potsdam. I first became involved in "school politics" when my oldest son was four years old and preparing to enter Kindergarten. After 20 years of experience with this public school system, many years of leadership in the PTA and 9 years as a member of the Board of Education, I still consider myself very concerned about the state of affairs at PCS. Our children have the opportunity to become excellent students and well rounded citizens at PCS, as long as the expectations remain high and everyone makes decisions based upon what is best for the education of our children.
