| Introduction | Ayoub Kafyulilo is an Assistant lecturer in Curriculum and Teaching Unit at Dar es salaam University College of Education in Tanzania. He completed a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education Sports and Culture at the University of Dar es salaam in 2006. In the same year, Kafyulilo continued with a Master of Arts in Education at the University of Dar es salaam and completed in 2008. From 2009-2010, he attended a Master of science in Educational Science and Technology, specializing in Curriculum, Instruction and Media Application (CIMA) at the University of Twente in Holland. Before joining the University of Twente he worked as an Associate Dean (Practicum) – Faculty of Education (2008 -2009). Currently, Mr Kafyulilo is a PhD student at the University of Twente, studying the professional development programs suitable to develop technology integration competencies among science and mathematics teachers in Tanzania secondary schools. He has published some papers on teacher professional development and technology integration in education in Tanzania. He also attended and presented papers in different international conferences on technology integration teaching. |
