Introduction	After reaching 372 lbs when I was pregnant with my son, I decided, a year and a half later, to take control of my life. I have since lost a total of 180 pounds- gone from a size 30 to 14, a 4XL to a M- and I am well on my way to becoming healthy and physically fit. I have found my purpose in life and I believe that it is to inspire and motivate others to make the changes that they need to make in their own lives.
