| Introduction | Rex and I are very excited to be living in this great city of London. It's our favorite Mexican food restaurant, CHIPOTLE, that brings us here. There are now FOUR Chipotles in London - and all are DELICIOUS. The first Chipotle just opening recently in Paris and apparently the French are keen on Mexican food - who knew?! Watch out - there are more coming soon! Meeting new friends, discovering London and traveling in the U.K. and other parts of Europe is an education and an adventure. We just can't seem to get enough of it! |
