Introduction	As the owner and employing broker at Blue Ribbon Properties of Durango (since 2003) I have expanded Blue Ribbon to a premier full-service brokerage for the Durango area. I have been in real estate in Durango since 2002 and have sold over $40 Million worth of property. I am licensed in both Colorado and New Mexico, have a background in hospitality management, finance and venture capital, hold a Masters degree from Cornell University and genuinely enjoy working with the public in home sales. I have worked on over 40 sales in the past year and gained experience in home sales, built green and solar homes, land and ranches and commercial deals. I grew up in Berlin, Germany and live in Durango with my husband David and two children. As Durango's first certified EcoBroker I am trained to sell green homes. Other designations include ePro and EMS (equity marketing specialist) by the National Council of Exchangors that qualifies me to work on trade and exchange deals.
Interests	I love owning and running my own business. Outdoor activities, hiking, biking, camping, rafting, skiing and snowboarding, play with my kids, read, friends and family.
