| Introduction | www.yasminyoga.com Welcome. I'm Yasmin, a yogini, writer, speaker, activist, and ayurvedic practitioner. In Montreal, I regularly teach at Om West Holistic Centre in Pointe Claire and Victoria Park in Westmount. This blog came about because in 2010, I did 108 Sun Salutations everyday for 108 consecutive days and wrote about the journey which ended with 32 hours of consecutive practice and Guinness World Record for the longest yoga marathon.
