| Introduction | Wayne was born in Vancouver on November 14, 1951. He was a successful businessman, holding the position of Vice President with three different companies. In 2009 he retired from his career to spend the balance of his working life writing, lecturing and helping others to achieve success in their chosen careers. His new company is called Dynamic Leadership Inc. In addition to his other interests, Wayne also achieved the status of Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst. With his experience, training, and background in business he is well equipped to assist those he comes into contact with to become successful, happy, and self assured. Wayne has written and published five books. They include, “Always Remember: If It Ain’t Fun, It Ain’t Worth Doing!”, “A Passion For Leadership”, “Getting Along With People Is Easy!”,"A Good Man's Life", and "A Man on Women" All of these books are about relationships and human angst. Wayne uses his knowledge of people to craft compelling stories that provide valuable advice to readers.
