| Introduction | I'm a 40+yo Korean/American born in Vietnam and, after living in 13 countries, back here in the United States. Most memorably I've lived in Seoul, Korea, Bangkok, Thailand, Honolulu, Hawaii, Fullerton, Yorba Linda, Laguna Hills, Elsinore, California, Colombo, Sri Lanka, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Almaty, Kazakhstan, and Dubai, UAE. I studied physics and computer science in school. I attended for 6 years but didn't earn a degree. I spent much of my "adult" life in the gaming business. This is my family's business (I was basically born in a casino). I tried to avoid the business most of my life. At 20, I ran a small casino for my family in Sri Lanka and then virtually had a nervous breakdown and left the business "forever". But somehow, at the age of 31, I ended up back in the business. A business proposition came up and I found myself in Kyrgyzstan in the former Soviet Union. Then I moved on to Kazakhstan where I ran a chain of casinos in Kazakhstan, but due to a change of laws in the country we closed down. I'm married to a beautiful Russian girl whose name is Ksenia. We've been together since 2002 and have 2 daughters. |
