| Introduction | Hi there! I'm best known as Granny Sue, grandmother to 14, great-granny to a growing tribe, and mother of good sons. I have lived in the same place for over 50 years, in a cabin i designed and built with my first husband and continued adding to with my second. I have been a tobacco grower, subsistence farmer, rural mail carrier, security guard, substitute teacher and librarian, as well as a professional storyteller, poet, and writer. These days I mostly garden and enjoy having booths in antiques malls, but continue to write poetry, this blog, and the occasional story. |
