| Introduction | Kyle is an assistant professor of clinical psychology at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and a fellow at the University of Zagreb in Croatia. His research, teaching, and consulting activities are supported by his experience as a psychologist and negotiator. He is an excellent teacher and a bright speaker, Kyle has been a guest on TV channels, as well as on many radio programs. Kyle received his Ph.D. from Ohio State University with a thesis on the rehabilitation of law enforcement officials who have suffered from cardiovascular disease due to acute stress. Through this and his other work, he made a significant contribution to understanding the role of self-control and dialogue in the effective work of leaders. |
