Introduction	I'm 3, living in Baltimore, MD and on a mission to get healthy and maybe inspire a person or two along the way. On a good day I've lost 70+lbs. It took me two years and now I am mostly maintaining and toning. If I can do it, then you can too.

Favorite books	Anything by J.D. Robb, Nora Roberts, Patricia Cornwell, and the Twilight and Harry Potter series.

Spicy food is addicting...unless it caused me unbareable pain, I don't think I'd be able to stop eating it.
