Introduction	My name is Dawn and I absolutely love make up. I enjoy the transformation and artistic expression that it allows. I feel that after getting my masters and two careers later, that its finally my time to do what I love or at least try. So since makeup artistry has always been a large part of my life (always wanting to do makeup on myself or on anyone that would let me), I've decided to learn everything I need to learn in order to become a freelance makeup artist... It's something that I eventually want to get paid for...even if it's just doing little gigs on the weekend. So I am on a journey to learn everything I need to know in order to become a fierce make up artist. So join me as I take this journey as well as deal with the ups and downs of life...and boy! are there ups and downs! :o)

Favorite Music	I'm very versatile...anything that evokes emotion.
Favorite Books	I tend to like all kinds of Art books, painting/drawing technique books, Makeup how-to books and books regarding Graphic Design. I also like self help books even though i've never really finished any of the ones i've started and books for teaching (like classroom management...etc.)
