| Introduction | Needle felting and painting are my passions. I really love creating bird imagery, whimsy, pregnancy-inspired art, and strange industrial landscapes. A lot of my pieces, (mainly the felted creatures), lovingly explore a "hipster-culture" fairytale world where "popular" animals do human things. An owl will strum a banjo, a vest-clad fox will squeeze an accordion, and a dapper bear will indulge in commonly-loved Vermont pass-times. The goal is for them to be a fun, engaging, relateable, and aesthetically-pleasing commentary on the culture that so many of us are a part of, (or are at least familiar with), these days.
