| Introduction | I have been married 38 years to a wonderful man, Ken. We have 7 children and 7 grandchildren. I love to learn, read, and give hugs. There are at least a 1000 interests that I desire to become proficient in that one life time isn't adequate to accomplish it all. I enjoy sewing, knitting, needlework, and my most recent venture beading and jewelry making. Having ADD I recognize the need for physical activity in my life, consequently most mornings I am busy doing strength training, walking or bicycling and then what I love most of all water aerobics with yoga thrown in. |
