| Introduction | LAURA--I am a teacher for the time being with aspirations of earning a PhD in Modern American Literature. I love meeting new friends, spending time with old friends, and going on wild (shopping) adventures with my best friend--my sister. TONY--I recently secured a job with Razorgator, an online ticket broker. I am a supervisor for the shipping department, which is extremely fast-paced. I am studying IT on the side, and will eventually move into that career |

| Favorite movies | LAURA-- Labyrinth...hands down. Other (not so close) contenders: Fight Club, Pretty Woman, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, any brat pack movie. Hmm...what else? Old classics: Gone With the Wind, Casablanca, Guess Who's Coming to Dinner, Roman Holiday. TONY--All the Star Wars movies. The Matrix, Tombstone, There's Something About Mary, Liar Liar, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Goodfellas, The Godfather. |
| Favorite music | LAURA-- U2, by FAR my favorite. Others would have to be Dave Matthews (my college years), Pearl Jam (my high school years), Metallica (also my high school years) Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Miles Davis, Faithless, Dashboard Confessional, Modest Mouse, Postal Service, Madonna...pretty much anything except country. TONY--I pretty much like all music, except for bubblegum music, country and top 40. |
| Favorite books | LAURA--Anything by Margaret Atwood or Toni Morrison. I'm also a fan of Fight Club, Choke, Unbearable Lightness of Being, Great Gatsby, Beloved, The Color Purple, Temple of My Familiar, Gone With the Wind, all the Harry Potter's, Les Miserables. This list could get pretty lengthy. To summarize, any American Lit, after 1920. TONY--The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter. |
