About me

IntroductionA group of us came together with this strange idea that exercise is a good thing and we all needed to do it. This came about during the holidays, when the food is fatening and the motivation to exercise is weak. It was decided if we were going to make exercise a weekly habit, that four times each week is a minimum in order to lose or maintain a desired weight. And the prime motivator was, of course, coffee! We hope to keep our particpants going with support and caffine through the word of the blog. We invite others to join us in our bizare but noble cause!
