| Introduction | I strive to create representations of the beauty I see around me. I am drawn toward images of architecture in high contrast lighting. Spring and fall sunrises and sunsets provide some of the most magical light. I capture these images in photographs, then draw or paint them in a more permanent and pleasing medium than paper photographs. My art is intentionally shallow. You will not find hidden symbolism, buried meanings or moods for you to feel. These images are purely meant to convey pleasure and hopefully some of the same awe I feel when viewing the work of artists I admire. |
