| Introduction | I am currently an MBA student at London Metropolitan University. This is my blog to share information related to Human Resource Management. This blog was created for the module 'People and Organizations: Principles and Practice in Global Contexts'. The aim is to: - Reflect our experiential and module learning; - Demonstrate our understanding of HRM and emerging theories using analytical diagrams/paradigms/visuals - Apply concepts from the course, current and emerging theories of HRM. Relevant examples of best practice or best fit should be used to further explore this topic. - Critically examine current academic debate/theory on HRM or SHRM in a global context.
