| Introduction | I'm a chef with a bug in my apron and me and my friends have something to say! We have no patience for mediocre, processed, overly packaged food. If it aint the best ingredients and treated with respect, we won't serve it. Local, sustainable, free range and grass fed is the only way. This blog is two things, 1. A way for Northwest chefs to share our concepts about the Northwest food we are creating and what we want to see in the current food trends. And 2. A way for you, the foodie, to get in touch with us. We are planning a series of events for 2010 that focus on one protein each. We will hold them at top-secret Western Oregon locations in hopes for you to join us for a little Epicurean adventure in Food & Wine. Hope to see you there! |
