Introduction	I am a Senior nursing student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I have been blessed to be in the Honors Program in Nursing, and have had a lot of great opportunities as a result. I have been working in collaboration with Freedom to Thrive, an anti-trafficking coalition in Birmingham,AL. Our mission is to eradicate human trafficking within the Birmingham area. I have been able to help develop a medical power point presentation for health care providers. I have been using this power point to go around and give medical presentations to clinics to help raise awareness of the phenomenon of local human trafficking.
