| Interests | My love for beer stretches back to the age of 16, when I was first exposed to the German tradition during a small stint abroad in Bavaria. My all-time favorite brew is Aventinus (doppelbock), and I was psyched when it began to be exported widely here. Belgian beers are also staples. But over the past two years or so, I’ve gotten into American craft brews, thanks to my boyfriend and IPA-lover Chris. I’m from West Chester, Pennsylvania, right down the road from Victory, which I love along with Flying Dog. The final step, of course, is the homebrew experience, and I'm already hooked. |
