| Introduction | Chef Brian's love of cooking became apparent at the age of three when his mother awoke to the sound (and smell) of sauteed Cheerios. He spent his boyhood watching his mother, aunts and grandmother in their kitchens. When other young boys would run home from school to watch cartoons or play, Chef Brian would race home to watch his favorite cooking shows. Chef Brian presents seminars / classes to over 400 Chefs each year at the annual USPCA Personal Chef Conference. Chef Brian has worked with UAW/Ford over the years teaching culinary classes throughout the mid-west. It is during those years that he developed his "Grilling Simplified" techniques and "Cooking Simplified" classes. The same classes are now being offered at "The Firehouse" in Wyandotte, Michigan |
