| Introduction | I'm a medically retired United States Marine & a caregiver to a disabled Marine who was also medically retired. I've fought PTSD on so many levels. I'm in the process of getting all my certifications to turn my horse ranch into a state of the art equine therapy center for disabled vets & their families. Btw, if you're a cowboy or girl I may be hiring once everything goes through...email me. I will also let you board your horse(s) in my stables if I have the open space... I'm a local & national advocate & a Rape Crisis Counselor with a Master's in Nursing, a JD, & a Doctorate JD. I've also received the label VSO - Veterans Service Officer. I've worked with Congresswoman Jackie Speier, Senator Gillabrand, Congressman Kinzinger & many many other members of Congress & Senate. I have been in the fight since 2011 when I teamed up with my lawyer Susan Burke to file the landmark case Coica V Rumsfeld- then teamed up with The Invisible War documentary & several other movies & documentaries. I've been featured on CNN Time, Glamour, and many many different news agencies. I travel into DC quite often to help lobby for these reforms our military members so desperately need. I'm here to help. |
