Introduction	I am a recently retired meat cutter who after spending 37 years standing on concrete floors am lucky to be standing at all. I had to have a total knee replacement in May of '07 and need to have my other knee done as well. After trying to remain a part of the work force I was finally unable to do so in July of 2010. I am now on disability and enjoying life in a totally new and wonderful way. For the first time in my life I can go anywhere I want to and not have to be on anyones schedule but my own. It has taken me several months to get it through my head that I no longer have to get up and go to work in the mornings. It's kind of nice but bittersweet at the same time. I am currently still living in Knoxville but am moving to Florida in the very near future.
