| Introduction | To look at me you might not guess that I love food. Well, actually, I love high quality foods that meet a number of specifications. This, at times, has led to eye-rolling, and expressions of concern, on the part of some of my closest confidants. From them I have learned that flexibility and moderation can be useful when it comes to food choices. A few years ago I started a blog about restaurants that cater to folks on gluten-free (or gluten-limited) diets. That fizzled. My cousin Bobbi had been following the blog and kept encouraging me to get back to it. So, I am giving blogging another try. This time, however, the emphasis will be on low-carb foods. Out of respect for concerns on becoming too rigid in food choices, I won't suggest any particular diet. Rather, periodically, I will provide a window into my world of low-carb eating. Perhaps that will be useful to you. If you want to share, have questions, or comments, let me know. Stay well and happy eating! |
