Introduction	In garden terms, I'm a transplant. I've criss-crossed the states and found my way to the Midwest. It gives me all four seasons; however, the winters are a little colder than what I can tolerate. I started gardening a few years ago just by chance. And since I live near a lake, the sand doesn't play well with every plant. Container gardening has given me the maneuverability to experiment with a variety of vegetable and flower plants, that I'm taking full advantage of :) As for other things, I try to live a (mostly) vegan lifestyle. My tastebuds have developed over the years to appreciate the varied cuisine human culture created in the last few thousand years. Maybe you'll find something you like too.
