Introduction	Hello, and thanks for taking the time to stop by and check out my blog. My name is Wendy, and I am a very busy Mother of 5 kiddos. January of 2011, after battling GI issues my entire life. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Who ever thought a diagnosis of a disease would literally give you your life back. Well it did, and here I am. Ready to share my story, tips and ideas with all. My 9 year old daughter recently started with GI issues also. After a trip to the doctor, now we have two GF. If I can be of any help to anyone, just let me know. I'll post recipes, sales, GF restaurants, ideas, and any resources that may be helpful to anyone with a Gluten Intolerance.
