While leading Scarborough Civil Corp, Ed worked with US Army Corps of Engineers and various companies specializing in gas, oil, and electricity throughout Florida and the Southern United States.Ed Scarborough also has a number of certifications and affiliations that show how respected he is within the engineering and mining community.
