| Introduction | I'm Michelle, 19 and a new blogger. A friend thought my plight for fitness would be so entertaining that I should reveal all via the web. What makes my ensueing effort interesting is that I'm living with cystic fibrosis (CF) and in recovery from cryptogenic organising pneumonia (COP)which has halved my lung function and left me at times fighting for breath. I'm gonna get it back through a combination of work, rest, compliancy and sheer bloody mindedness. Hope you get a kick out of it... something tells me I will be! |
