Introduction	Book author Sarah Ban Breathnach once wrote, “The world needs dreamers and the world needs doers. But above all, the world needs dreamers who do.” I’ve always thought of myself as the latter. And when I recently reached a crossroads, my actions proved just that. In September, I quit my job as an editor at a national women’s magazine and packed up my cute New York City apartment to become a cappuccino-drinking, gelato-eating, olive-oil-making nomad in the gorgeous Italian countryside.
