| Introduction | Sometimes with a plan, sometimes on the plan, thats me. I'm Laken and I live in Charlotte, NC with my wonderful future fiance Shane and baby-dog Lily. I currently work as a chef while I'm in school getting a BS in Biology/Physics from UNCC. I'm following that up with a Phd because I love school just that much and I'm too scared to leave. I've been on Weight Watchers on and off again for a couple years and found it always works for me when I actually do what it tells me to do. I'm using this blog to document my weight loss journey, recipes I love, and life in general. Sound original? Not in the least. But luckily thats not the point. |
