| Introduction | I am a 1.5 generation Vietnamese-American, an environmental chemistry major and a food lover. I have been cooking for over 10 years (I know, my family started me really young) and have loved every moment of exploring the culinary world. I started this blog for a few friends who wanted recipes while studying abroad; I hope them the best as they attempt these dishes. | Interests | In the past year (2011), I have began my (hopefully, and probably) life long journey with tea. I feel like I am gaining twice the knowledge each day about tea, and although I might ask well-intentioned but stupid questions from time to time, I hope that I can learn as much as possible.
