| Introduction | ✨ The Origin of Firefly Designs: The name Firefly Designs comes from one of the most magical memories of my life. When I was really young, I traveled to Missouri to see my beloved Grandma Dee. We went outside one evening, and something truly extraordinary happened: I saw my first fireflies. I had never seen anything like them before! As they started lighting up the world around us, twinkling in the dark, I couldn't believe something so beautiful was actually real. I ran around the yard, chasing and trying (unsuccessfully!) to capture those tiny lights, filled with giggles and pure joy. Grandma Dee and my mom stood by, marveling at how beautiful that moment was. Ever since that evening, my Grandma Dee has affectionately called me her "Firefly." When it came time to name my business—a place where I create unique accessories that bring light, color, and joy to others—Firefly Designs seemed like the only perfect name. It’s a constant reminder of wonder, family, and chasing the impossible! |
