| Introduction | I am a life coach and trainer with an emphasis on life development and spiritual growth. I currently live in Northern California. I am the father of four children, and grandfather of four to date. I enjoy hanging with my family, reading good books, writing, hiking, building things, golf (though I am not very good) and stimulating conversations with good friends. Near the top of my list of interests is a passion to understand what really is important in life, to practically walk that out, and to come alongside others to assist them in that same process. |
