| Introduction | I am a mother of four children and a wife to an amazing husband. I have four best friends and somes sisters that top the charts. After doing all the loads of laundry, cooking, cleaning, homework and running kids to after school lessons, I am an exercise instructor. I love teaching people and seeing them enjoy their workout and get something out of it. It has helped me keep in shape to keep up with the mom world! |
