Introduction Art historian and critic specializing in modern and contemporary art, I am a regular contributor to Artforum magazine and a former faculty member at Parsons Paris and Paris College of Art. Author, co-author and editor of books on modern and contemporary art from internationally respected publishing houses including JRP Ringier, Phaidon, Skira and Tate Publishing, I have also published numerous articles and interviews in international art, design and fashion magazines. I have worked for the Guggenheim Museum, Gagosian Gallery and Tate Modern, spoken for Les Amis du Palais de Tokyo and at the Akademie der Kunste der Welt, and presented artists and exhibitions for the contemporary art channel ARTIVI. I have curated exhibitions and conferences at Royal College of Art, London; Gasworks, London; and Brachfeld Gallery, Paris. I earned my BA in Art History at Columbia University, my Masters in Curating Contemporary Art at the Royal College of Art, London, and am currently a member of the Equipe de Recherche in the Troisième Cycle at the Ecole du Louvre.
