About me

GenderFemale
OccupationMama of 5
LocationSt. George, Utah, United States
IntroductionI am a wife of 12 yrs, this past March, and a Mama to 2 girls and 3 boys in that order. I am a daughter, a sister to 6 brothers, an aunt, a cousin and a niece. I live in a fairly small town full of nearly- year- round- prefect- weather for outdoor activities I love such as hiking, picnicing, boating, biking, running, swimming etc. I live a "normal" (whatever that means these days) simple life. I take my role as a woman and daughter of God very seriously and personally. My most significant responsibilities are centered in strengthening my family and home environment. "No other work reaches so close to divinity as does the nurturing of the sons and daughters of God" (Pres. Gordon B. Hinkley) I am certainly not perfect. I make lots of "Oopsies" everyday. Maybe 'lots' is an understatement. I just try to do the best I can in every way every day. Because I am the guardian of my hearth.
InterestsI love to spend time with my husband and little ones, reading, traveling anywhere even only an hour away, wake surfing, sewing, creating jewelry or making ANYTHING, looking at great photography and trying to take good photos of my own, love trying new food in new places, fast roller coasters, chatting with my brothers.... I could be at this for days....
Favorite moviesI love action packed movies,Mission Impossible,Bourne Identity ...too many too list and these just came to mind. Super heroes, super power, super whatever, I love!! The Avengers, Batman, Harry Potter, Vampires ok just Edward and too bad he wasn't as hot as I imagined him... of course the romance movies can be sappy-liciously (yes, I made that word up) fun. I just love Maid of Honor and Runaway Bride and Penelope has to be on their as Fairytale love along with Mirror Mirror... Oh, and the historical biography sort of movies like Becoming Jane or the Young Vicotria. Dream Works movies have to be somewhere fighting for the top of this not-so-many-names list...The Nightmare Before Christmas and Coraline and The Corpse Bride...the list goes on... and on so let us end there. I love movies, the theatre the smell of popcorn the chocolate covered nuts and the DP tastes better there, too. why is that?
Favorite musicI love classical to find my zen, rock it out to work out, the current top 100 to get me pepped up to work out clean or sing with the kiddos, ragae to sit on the front lawn and enjoy the fresh air...
Favorite booksJuvenile fiction, Ida B, Harry Potter, of course the Twilight series, the Hush Hush series, How to win Friends and Influence People, How long should this list be?...If it looks good, entertaining and uplifting I will read it as I get the time.
