| Introduction | worked, until 2022, as a Senior Lecturer in Creative Writing at Massey University (ORCID ID: 0000-0002-3988-3926). Now retired, he continues to publish in his field: six poetry collections, four novels, five books of short fiction to date. He was the Managing Editor of Poetry NZ from 2014 to 2020, and has edited a number of other literary magazines and anthologies. His MA (in English) is from Auckland University, and his PhD (in English and Comparative Literature) is from the University of Edinburgh. |
