Introduction	Bill and Deana Boggess have been married since 1985, reside in Austin, Texas and have two daughters and three grandchildren. Bill is the Director of Audiology for Sinus and Snoring Specialists and his wife, Deana, studied Special education and Occupational Therapy and is the Managing Director of Grace Without Margins . Bill and Deana have been serving in special needs ministry together since 1998. After directing the special needs ministry program at Hill Country Bible Church NW for 14 years, they felt led to step out and encourage more churches to offer this vital ministry. They have taken over 40 churches through initial training and look forward to offering expanded training.
