Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Well, here I don't wear a scarf because it's waaaayy to hot and humid. I would just look silly. I wore a scarf during winter in college though; when I was NOT living on a tropical island.
