Introduction	Hello, thank you for holding. My name is Allison and I'm a team lead. Those words I've uttered a million times. Working in an inbound call center has it's perks, I've met some amazing people, and learned some pretty interesting things; now on the other hand, I am nothing more than a voice to the people I talk to, and in most situations those people are not happy and while I would love to tell you I get to answer lots of questions, and help agents the harsh reality is a better part of my day is spent at a desk, get screamed at.
