| Introduction | I was born, raised and lived most of my life in Andhra Pradesh, India. I enjoy cooking and sharing what I make with others. My interest is not limited to authentic Andhra style of cooking, spans across North to South, East to West. Thanks to my husband, we traveled extensively in / out of india, friends and family members enjoyed our hospitality. It comes natural to me to experiment, blend different cuisines to get a unique flavor, and the end product is always relished. Inevitably I'd be asked for the recipe. I enhanced conventional recipes to suit different palettes with "keep it simple" approach. I hope this helps many of you to come up with a quick meal without compromising the taste. Hope you will try some of these recipes and provide feedback.This got started during my daughter's illness, as a care giver, she wanted me to have an activity to keep my mind off of ailing daughter. In her memory I wanted to publish to fulfill her wish.Without the support and encouragement from my husband, children, dear nieces this effort wouldn't have been possible.
