| Introduction | I grew up eating delicious gourmet food in Northern California where the desire to eat fancy food from Napa to San Francisco was a must. As an adult, I moved to Southern California where healthy alternatives were everywhere. I became a vegan and tried to find the gourmet in me by developing awesome meat-free dairy free recipes. My dad got diagnosed with Celiac disease, which inspired me to eat gluten free as well. I know how hard it is to find a meal that is delicious, not bland, and something the entire family can enjoy which inspired me to do something about it: write it down and share it with people who eat like me :) |
