Introduction	I'm a working mother and wife looking to be a good example to my daughters in healthy living through cooking, eating, and MOVING. I've never had a good "relationship" with food or exercise due to a lot of factors growing up. Things could have been worse of course, but there were a lot of attitudes that were developed that I've spent all adulthood changing. I want to help others find their own REAL life.
Interests	Cooking, friends, and being a good example to my daughters
