| Introduction | My name is Jesse and welcome to A Crazy Girl's Kitchen! It's great to see you! I'm here to share my recipes, restaurant reviews, and cooking experiences - both successful and disastrous - with you. I've been vegan since September 25th, 2013. I've got a ton of vegetarian and vegan cookbooks in my arsenal, most of which I have had good results with. I have also made my own creations in my journey of vegan cuisine.
