| Introduction | Professional Engineer, Consultant, and Educator. For many years I led a small technology management consulting firm focused on technology forecasting & assessment, strategic technology planning, technology scouting, and S&T intelligence. More recently, I served for over six years on the Staff of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission for whom I served as a Professional Engineer and Senior Authority on Renewable Energy. In that capacity, I was instrumental in the implementation of Colorado's Renewable Energy Standard and advised the commission on emerging technologies and markets in renewable and alternative energy. In addition to my consulting practice, I am also a Lecturer in the Global Energy Management Program at the University of Colorado at Denver. My goal here is to educate and inform and, in matters of public policy, to represent the public interest. Feel free to leave a message or email me at rich.mignogna (at) gmail.com or visit our renewable energy website at www.EnergyStrategies.co or our tech forecasting website at www.TEMI.us. |
