About me

Introduction	Light Therapy Girl was born with, shall we say ... a brain that is not "standard issue". In addition to her seasonal depression, she has a mutant mood disorder that can cause her to become very depressed during the late afternoon, even when she's fine during the rest of the day. All that, and she has ADHD and learning disabilities too. She writes about light therapy because it makes such a huge difference in her mental state, and she wants to help others navigate this highly effective therapy.
