| Introduction | I'm 26 years old and I reside in Southern California. I am passionate about fashion, shoes, baking, reading, ice-skating, water sports, and traveling. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes on August 9, 2010. I am hoping to become more involved in the diabetes community in any capacity that I can (including online, my community, fundraisers, and advocacy). My hope is to bring as much awareness to this disease as possible and I pray that one day there will be a cure. The information found on my blog is attributed to the research I have conducted.
